You must, at least, have one post in order for your account to stay active. Don't have any idea for your first post? Try introducing yourself to the members. Accounts without any registered post after one month upon registration will automatically be deleted without prior notice. This is to ensure the forum stays spam free.
It is also required that you only have one account in this forum. Members with multiple accounts will be notified and be asked to maintain just one account and delete all other existing accounts as soon as possible. In case a member disregards the notice after a month, all accounts directing to that specific IP address will be deleted and banned from this forum.
Please...
* Respect all forum members. This includes moderators. Your questions are more likely to be answered if approached politely. Also, your answers are more likely to be appreciated if done in an indiscriminating manner. Personal attacks on any user, made by both members and moderators, will not be kindly looked upon. In case of unavoidable grudges between members, it is advised that things be settled privately by concerned parties. Moderators can also be approached regarding such matters.
* Search before posting. Your question may well have been answered before. This also includes posting codes. All our codes are organized. If you happen to have a code to post, append your post as an alternative to an already posted code of the same nature. Open a new topic for your code, only, if it has no similarities with other codes.
* Try to post in clear English. Questions are more readily understood and easier to answer if worded clearly. While allowances are made for non-native speakers, correct spelling and grammar are preferred. This will make things easier for native and non-native speakers alike.
* Post in the proper thread. Consider this forum as your own. You wouldn't want it to be unorganized. Do you? A post in a wrong thread is like a needle in a hayfield. Hard to be noticed. And when noticed, will just receive unpleasant remarks.
* Read the important announcements. Why? Because it's important. Hence, we won't be announcing it.
* Do not spam. Irrelevant remarks will just distort the clarity of the discussion.
* Avoid double posting. Your previous posts can be edited to add any additional information. In case you accidentally posted twice (of the same post), notify any moderator to delete one of your posts.
* Do not exert your full time and effort in this forum. There are a lot of much better and more important things to spend more time and attention with. Yourself. Your family. Your work. Your studies. Your dreams...
